What is your minimum charge?
Our minimum service is $125 + parts. Many services start at this price under normal conditions.
Are estimates free?
Yes. Estimates are free. You can request one online with photos and video, or by calling or texting 615-920-1401.
What is the $95 diagnostic fee?
A diagnostic service call is $95. If you approve the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is credited toward that job.

Yes — when you approve the recommended repair, the $95 diagnostic fee is applied to that job.
Are materials included?
Most prices are labor only unless otherwise stated. Parts and customer-selected materials are additional. Drywall repair prices include normal drywall repair materials.
How does payment work?
For projects requiring a contract, a 50% deposit is due at signing and the remaining 50% is due within 12 hours after completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — contracted projects require a 50% deposit upon signing. Smaller repair visits are typically due upon completion.
What warranty is included?
Most workmanship is backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty unless otherwise stated in your written estimate or contract. Extended warranty options are available on qualifying projects.
Can I send photos and videos?
Yes. The quote form supports JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC, PDF, MP4 and MOV uploads so we can see the project before we arrive.

Do you handle punch lists?
Yes. Bundle multiple small repairs into one visit and save compared with scheduling separate service calls.
Can you prepare my home before listing?
Yes. We handle pre-listing punch lists, inspection repair lists, touch-ups and prep so your home is ready for buyers, photographers and inspectors.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes. We handle punch lists, turnovers and ongoing maintenance for property managers across the Nashville area.
Do you work with Airbnb owners?
Yes. We provide Airbnb maintenance and turnover services to keep short-term rentals guest-ready.
Do you offer roof washing?
Yes. We offer low-pressure (soft wash) roof cleaning starting at $349. Final pricing depends on roof size, pitch, height, accessibility, material and amount of growth.
What is soft washing?
Soft washing uses lower pressure and specialized detergents to clean organic growth and algae streaks without the damage caused by aggressive high-pressure washing.
Do you pressure wash roofs?
We do not use aggressive high-pressure washing on asphalt shingle roofs. We use low-pressure soft wash cleaning suitable for algae and organic growth.
Do you perform permit-required electrical or plumbing work?
No. When work may legally require licensing or permitting, we will review your project and explain any applicable requirements, and may refer you to an appropriately licensed trade professional.
